Refund & Return policy

You always have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is calculated from the date you received the last item in your order. To use your right of withdrawal you should follow the instructions on the packing slip that comes in your shipment. In Sweden, the instructions are that you can contact us by email with the subject 'Returns' including your order number, name, reason for the return and request return label from us. For Europe and for the rest of the world, contact us by email with the subject 'Returns' and let us know the reason for your return, including your order number and name.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned items. Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied by your country.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all the tags and delivery note must remain.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@lasgems.com.

Return is free of charge, but the shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (to your address) will be deducted from your refund. Please pack the returning items properly according to the carrier's instructions.

On the amount to be repaid, LasGems has the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the items depreciation to the extent that such depreciation is due to the fact that you as a customer have handled the items to a greater extent than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the items.
