Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all orders made by the customer (hereafter referred to as "you") at "LasGems", "us" or "we", at LasGems websites, apps or e-mails  (commonly called "lasgems.com"). 

By using lasgems.com and / or placing an order, you agree to follow the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the "Terms"). Make sure that you have read and understood the Terms before you place your order. 

Orders can only be made by persons over the age of 18 who are not under guardianship or act as a company. 

The fact that products or services are provided on lasgems.com at any given time does not mean or is not a guarantee that these products or services are always available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time. 

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions as needed, without notifying you in advance. The version of the terms and conditions that apply to your order is the version available on lasgems.com at the time you place your order. 

LasGems wants to provide the best possible online experience. You understand and agree not to publish, transmit, redistribute, upload or promote any communications or content that could harm or adversely affect our company, our business, our products or services; act in a manner or use a device that restricts, impedes, disrupts, or completely stops any other user from using or enjoying the site lasgems.com, or which affects the site's security or use or attempt to use any device any search engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including, and without limitation, spiders, bot programs, crawlers, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site or copy content from the site. In the case of users who violate this clause or any other clause in these terms, we reserve the right to immediately deny them access to the Site and close their accounts.

  1. Prices and fees

The prices stated on lasgems.com are excluding the shipping cost.

For shipping destinations, please note that you are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied by your country.

The shipping cost for each order is the same regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost of the various delivery methods is clearly stated in the cash dispensers. If we cannot deliver your order in its entirety, but must divide it into several deliveries, you will not be charged any additional fees for subsequent deliveries. Prices may vary between online store and other sales channels.

Please be aware the above delivery times depend entirely on the post carriers and we are not responsible for any delays.

LasGems reserves the right to adjust prices and freight rates in accordance with price increases. Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected or returned items. 

  1. Order / establishment of agreement

You can make your orders via lasgems.com. Please visit our customer service pages for more information. 

After you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation as soon as possible to your email address. If for some reason we cannot send your order, we will inform you about this as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the current amount using the same payment method that you used when you made your order, to the extent this is possible. If for some reason the refund has to be made in another way, a LasGems employee will contact you to ensure that the refund can be made.

Each order must amount to at least a total of SEK 1 (after deductions for discounts).

  1. Delivery

LasGems observes the greatest accuracy when receiving and handling orders and strives to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option that you have chosen, to a residential address or delivery point.

LasGems strives to send orders as soon as possible. Our goal is to deliver within Sweden and other countries within 2–4 working days and up to 25 days respectively after we have received and confirmed your order, unless otherwise agreed. Although we strive to deliver within notified time frames, delivery due to unexpected events may take longer. If the delivery time is expected to exceed 30 days, you have the right to cancel your purchase.

Before you place your order, you will receive information about the expected delivery date. Once you have made your order, we will also send you an email with information about the expected delivery date, provided you have provided us with your email address

  1. Right of withdrawal

You can return your order from the day you place your order up to 14 days after receipt of your ordered items. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund which excludes LasGems shipping cost. 

Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition and together with the delivery note. Items bought on sale will not be accepted as returned items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note: Custom orders are non-returnable. LasGems is not responsible for return shipping cost. 

If you wish to return an item email us immediately at support@lasgems.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. The written period must reach us within the 14 day period specified above. You then have another 14 days to return the items in accordance with Section 6 (Returns) below. We will make a refund, preferably with the same payment method that you used at the time of ordering (or, if payment has not yet been paid for the goods in question, make sure that the return is reflected in the balance of your account), as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of repayment of the purchase, provided that we have received the goods back and they were approved for refund. Another method of payment may be used for the refund, provided you agree to such a change. Under no circumstances will this incur any additional costs for you.

If you have received an incorrect item, you must immediately inform LasGems about this and return the product in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. For items that we believe to be incorrect, LasGems makes a full refund. The provisions herein do not limit applicable statutory rights.

We guarantee that the items are in a perfect condition when delivered from us to you. If you despite that should receive a piece that has been damaged during freight please contact us immediately at support@lasgems.com explaining the damage.

  1. Returns

LasGems guarantees a full refund of returned goods in accordance with section 5 (Right of withdrawal), provided that all goods are returned in the same condition as they were in delivery to you. This means that the goods must not have been damaged, soiled, changed or used (other than to try the product) and that tags and labels are intact.

You need to contact us by email at support@lasgems.com in order to return your order and follow our instructions.

Repeated returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if items are returned repeatedly.

Packages that are not picked up

If a package has not been picked up in due time (according to local policies) and the package is therefore returned to us, the buyer will be held responsible for all related fees, currently maximum SEK500 for domestic orders and SEK1000 for international orders. Any package(s) that has/have not been picked up will not be regarded as returned item(s).

  1. Payment methods

You can pay for your items in the different ways presented below.

Card Purchase 

You can enter your payment details when you place the order by using a valid payment card (VISA, Mastercard, or Amex). The current amount is reserved directly on your card. LasGems reserves the right to check the validity of the payment card, that there is room for debiting the value of the order and that the buyer's address information is correct. We can deny purchases as a result of these checks.

Klarna 

In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB, we offer invoice payment, partial payment, direct payment and card payment for individuals. 

Our order confirmation and invoice from Klarna will be sent out via e-mail or to the population registration address in connection with the order being sent from us. The invoice has a maturity of 14 days. 

LasGems always applies a right of withdrawal / open purchase for 90 days when you pay with Klarna.

 Swish 

Pay your order directly with your mobile (requires access to the Swish app and mobile bank ID). No Swish number is needed when ordering from us, you see the payment request from the store directly in the app after a placed order.

Other 

You are required to provide a correct e-mail address and to inform LasGems if your e-mail address is changed. Please note that LasGems reserves the right to send the request for payment to your e-mail address.

You will receive your receipt in the delivery confirmation sent by e-mail. You can find your receipt in your customer account at lasgems.com as well.

  1. Our responsibility

LasGems is not liable for indirect losses arising as a result of the main loss or damage, such as non-profit or lost business opportunities, or for failure to deliver the goods or fulfill any of our other obligations under these Terms and Conditions where this failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, which includes but is not limited to a result of acts of nature, acts of terrorism, wars, nuclear accident, strike, embargo, government sanction, sabotage, interruption or failure of electricity and internet services or other similar occurrence beyond LasGems control. When an event of Force Majeure, LasGems shall soonest possible notify the Customer.

Our maximum liability to you for any losses or damages arising in connection with your order on lasgems.com is limited to the total amount of your order.

If you have problems with a product that you have purchased from LasGems online and have not been able to resolve the dispute with LasGems, you can send your complaint to the EU platform for dispute resolution on the Internet (the ODR platform).

The ODR platform offers consumers and traders within the EU the opportunity to try to settle disputes over complaints on goods purchased online out of court. The portal is designed as a user-friendly and interactive website that is free and available in all official EU languages. By using the ODR platform, the consumer and the trader can find a dispute resolution agency and then go through the process to find a solution to the consumer's complaint. The ODR platform can be found here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

  1. Colors and dimensions

We strive to show the properties of our products in the most accurate way possible, including colors and dimensions. However, the color you see on lasgems.com is dependent on your computer screen, and we cannot guarantee that your computer can reproduce colors properly. Please understand that the items are handmade, therefore they will all be slightly different from the one shown in the picture

  1. Warranty

If the goods you have purchased are defective, LasGems applies applicable consumer legislation. If you are not satisfied with your goods due to obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damages that have arisen during transport - please inform us as soon as possible by sending an email to  support@lasgems.com

  1. Transfer

LasGems reserves the right to transfer or pledge payment claims to third parties including instalments that have arisen in connection with the delivery of the items.

  1. Validity of Clauses

If one or more provisions of this Agreement are invalid or convicted by any court or supervisory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining contractual provisions.

  1. Right holders 

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, on lasgems.com, belong to LasGems and its subsidiaries or licensor. Any use of lasgems.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in its entirety or parts thereof, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of LasGems. It's strictly prohibited to use of lasgems.com content that degrades the honor and dignity of the company and its representatives.
